The Benchmark Just Moved
Your SQ7 or SQ8 isn’t just something you take out on weekends. It’s the daily driver, the road trip car, the SUV that handles everything life throws at it, backed by decades of Audi performance engineering.
034Motorsport Dynamic+ software builds on that foundation the right way. More power without sacrificing the smoothness and drivability you expect every day.
Audi uses “Dynamic” for its performance factory modes. Dynamic+ picks up where Audi left off, providing transformative performance in a package as refined and reliable as if it came from the factory with it. For us, Dynamic+ isn’t just a name. It’s the approach to tuning that we’ve refined across dozens of Audi platforms for over 20 years.
Every calibration is built with Dynamic+ in mind, making real gains without compromising quality, reliability, drivability, or usability.
Performance:
- Stock (Measured by 034): 518 HP / 568 TQ
- Stage 1: 624 HP / 682 TQ (91 Octane)
-
Stage 1: 669 HP / 727 TQ (93 Octane)
- Stage 1: 743 HP / 669 TQ (E60-E85 Octane)
- Stage 1: 748 HP / 768 TQ (E40 Blend)
This isn’t peak-focused tuning. Power and torque are increased across the entire powerband, resulting in stronger, more usable performance in every driving scenario.
Baseline Is Everything
Every calibration starts the same way, with a completely stock vehicle. No assumptions, no shortcuts. Just a baseline.
Before anything changes, we spend time understanding how the car behaves as Audi engineered it. How the ECU, TCU, cooling systems, and torque management all work together. That foundation matters because the goal isn’t to fight the car, it’s to work with it.
When you understand how everything interacts from the factory, you can build on it the right way. That’s how you add performance without chipping away at long-term reliability.
Where Development Happens
From there, development becomes a constant loop of testing, refining, and validating.
We’re not just upping the boost and calling it done. Every table, every limiter, every safeguard is reviewed and adjusted with intention. The ECU and TCU are calibrated together so power delivery stays smooth, predictable, and usable in real driving.
It’s a hands-on process. Changes are made, tested immediately, and then reworked again until everything behaves exactly how it should.
Data-Driven, Not Guesswork
Factory data only tells part of the story. Dynamic+ goes much further.
We use expanded logging through secondary CAN Bus systems, extra OBD connections, and external sensors to capture significantly more data than stock. That gives us a much clearer picture of what’s actually happening, and lets us make adjustments with confidence.
Secondary CAN Bus and OBD ports for independent logging
Live calibration with real-time ECU adjustments
External sensors for EGT, EMAP, and other critical parameters
Every change is based on real data. Measured, validated, and refined to balance power with long-term reliability.
Beyond the Shop Walls
We don’t solely rely on the dyno to validate performance. The goal is to see how the car responds everywhere it might realistically be driven.
Race Track Testing to push sustained load, heat, and repeated high-speed use
Drag Strip Runs to evaluate acceleration, consistency, and launch behavior
High Elevation Testing to see how the car adapts to thinner air and changing conditions
Long-Term Mileage to confirm everything holds up over time, not just in short bursts
Each scenario exposes different variables. Together, they provide a complete picture of how the calibration performs in the real world.
The End Result
What you end up with isn’t just a faster SQ7 or SQ8. It’s a more complete one.
Through tens of thousands of road miles, hundreds of track miles, hundreds of drag passes and launches, altitude testing up to 12,000 feet, full capacity towing testing, and ambient temp testing from 5 degrees to 115 degrees, the Dynamic+ ECU and TCU tunes for the SQ7 and SQ8 keeps the refinement you expect, with a transformed experience ready and waiting for you at a touch of the throttle.
It starts every morning like stock, handles traffic without drama, and still delivers when you lean into it. This is what makes Dynamic+.

TCU Matters Too
8HP95 ZF8 TCU tuning for the 4M.5 SQ7 and 4M8 SQ8 features targeted, tailored calibrations designed to complement increased engine power. These refinements ensure smooth, refined power delivery while enhancing shift quality, drivability, and everyday usability. The result is a more responsive yet comfortable driving experience that seamlessly integrates added performance with OEM-like behavior.
Improved Torque Management
Torque calibration is specifically optimized for the EA825 4.0T and 8HP95 ZF8 transmission, ensuring the TCU remains fully aligned with increased output. This allows the drivetrain to handle higher torque levels with confidence while preserving the smooth, refined performance expected from the 4M.5 SQ7 and 4M8 SQ8 in all driving conditions.
Increased Launch Torque and Launch RPM
The targeted torque amount when engaging Launch Control is increased, raising the Launch Control RPM over stock. This results in drastically quicker accelerations from a Launch, allowing for blisteringly fast 0-60 and 1/4 mile results that are bound to make you and your passengers grin from ear to ear.
Gear Display in All Driving Modes
The active gear is displayed across all drive modes, providing constant visibility and improved driver awareness. This added feedback enhances driver confidence and control, whether cruising or pushing the vehicle in more dynamic driving situations.
Kickdown Switch Disabled in Manual Mode
Kickdown is disabled in Manual mode, preventing unintended downshifts when pressing through the throttle detent. This ensures the 8HP95 ZF8 transmission holds the selected gear, giving the driver full control during spirited driving or when precise throttle modulation is required.
No Auto Upshift
Automatic upshifts at redline are disabled in Manual mode, allowing the 8HP95 ZF8 transmission to hold the selected gear until the driver initiates a shift. This delivers a more engaging and predictable driving experience, and is especially beneficial for performance driving scenarios such as canyon runs, track days, HDPE, and autocross.
