Darkside Developments VAG Early 2.7 / 3.0 TDI V6 EGR and Cooler Delete Kit

Darkside Developments  EGR Valve and EGR Cooler Delete Kit completely removes the problematic EGR Valve and Cooler found on earlier 2.7 / 3.0 TDI V6 engines in Audi A4 / A5 B8 Platform & A6 C6 Platform, early VW Touareg 7L / 7P (CASA & CASD) and Porsche Cayenne 957/958 (2010-2018). Please Note: Vehicles manufactured before 2010 typically have a different EGR & Cooler Setup such as part number 059131515AH, for this we now supply an extra silicone blank.

• Easier Access to Other Engine Components When Removed
• Removes problematic EGR Valve & Cooler

Please Note:

Once the valve is either removed or blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emmisions workshop light to appear on the dash board. We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU.

This Kit Consists of the following:

2x EGR Blanking Plates
2x EGR Gaskets
4x Silicone Blanking Bungs
1x 90 Degree Joiner with Bleed Screw
1x Male Fitting with Hosetail
30cm of Coolant Pipe
Mounting Hardware
