VW Transporter 2.0 Bi TDI CFCA EGR & EGR Cooler Delete / Removal Kit

This kit is to completely remove the problematic EGR Cooler on the CFCA Engines

The EGR Cooler on these engines is known to break down internally and cause small particles to enter the engine and score the cylinders bores

To remove the original EGR Cooler you will need to fit the supplied oil filter housing in place of this, and complete the circuit of two of the EGR Cooler pipes.

This Kit Consists of:

1x Oil Filter Housing Complete with Oil Filter & Heat Exchanger
1x Large EGR Blanking Plate
1x Small EGR Blanking Plate
1x Small EGR Gasket
1x 90 Degree Hose Connector
2x Jubilee Clamps

Once blanked off the vehicles ECU will no longer get a signal from the EGR Valve causing the emissions workshop light to appear on the dash board

We can remove this by reprogramming the EGR software on the ECU
