Turbo Discharge Upgrade Kit For MQB Vehicles
The EQT Discharge Pipe Kit was designed to remove the restrictions from the factory turbo muffler, discharge pipe, and intercooler couplers found on MQB cars. The factory pieces neck down to 1.25", restricting airflow.
Our kit doubles the diameter to a full 2.5" setup to improve airflow coming out of the turbo and into your intercooler.
Improved Turbo Muffler
The EQT Turbo Muffler Delete replaces the restrictive, baffled factory turbo muffler found on IS38 and IS20 turbos with a smooth, CNC-machined aluminum piece.
The stock turbo muffler disrupts airflow and can create turbulence as air exits the turbo. Our TMD eliminates these disruptions, allowing for a more direct and efficient flow path, improving throttle response and enhancing the sound of the turbo system.
It’s designed to maintain OEM fitment while improving performance on your vehicle.
Larger Intercooler Piping
The factory discharge pipe and intercooler couplers on MQB vehicles narrow to just 1.25", creating a major bottleneck in the charge air system. The EQT Discharge Pipe increases this diameter to a consistent 2.5" throughout, removing the stock restrictions and improving airflow out of the turbocharger and into the intercooler.
For vehicles running larger aftermarket intercoolers, we also offer a 2.75" variant to perfectly match oversized inlets, minimizing flow disruption and maintaining pressure. The result is reduced charge air temperature (IAT), improved boost response, and increased efficiency across the powerband.
2.5" or 2.75" For Oversized Intercoolers
Standard kit 2.5" which comes with silicone hose that mates to stock intercoolers or aftermarket intercoolers with stock sized inlets.
Oversized 2.75" variant to mate to intercoolers that use larger inlets, such as do88, AMS, etc.
